Our enterprise was established and put into operation in 2019. We have production lines for roasting vegetables, both natural gas ones and ones running on electricity produced by solar panels. The production lines for the initial reception of vegetables, rough cleaning and also final peeling are designed and manufactured solely and entirely for us. This allows us to offer quality raw materials at a competitive price.
We have a modern refrigeration plant for the production of frozen fruits and vegetables, both IQF and BQF.
Capacity of the enterprise:
*freezing IQF: 1000 kg./hour
*freezing BQF: 1000 kg./hour
*Roasting, peeling and packaging: 2500 kg./hour
*Preparation of fresh vegetables: 2000 kg./hour
*Volume of chambers for frozen staple: 4000 cubic meters
*Volume of chambers for chilled staple: 1000 cubic meters

With financial assistance from the "European Agricultural Fund for Rural Development: Europe Investing in Rural Areas", Sub-measure 4.2 "Investments in Processing/Marketing of Agricultural Products" of the Rural Development Program for the period 2014-2020, we were able to purchase technological equipment and to build an enterprise for freezing fruits and vegetables in the city of Nova Zagora.
